An iPhone and the free Treuly app from the App Store — that’s it. You create an account, design your first card and print your QR code. No POS system, no extra hardware, no technical skills.
Usually under fifteen minutes. Pick a template — there are 67 to choose from — add your logo, set the stamp target and reward, print the QR code. The app walks you through it step by step.
Yes. The free plan is free for good and includes a real stamp card with a wallet pass and QR code — with one card, one location and up to 50 active cards. For trying it out and getting started, that’s often all you need.
The business app is currently for iPhone; an Android version is planned. The important part: your customers don’t need an app at all — their card already works on Android phones today via Google Wallet.
No. The stamp card is a wallet pass: your customer scans the QR code at the counter with their camera, taps "Add" — done. No app download, no account, no password.
Yes. When scanning, the card goes into either Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — and Google Wallet is available on Android devices.
Your design, their current stamp count and the reward they’re working towards. After every stamp the pass updates itself — via push, right on the lock screen, without your customers having to open anything.
Your customer immediately sees on the pass that the reward is ready. On their next visit your team redeems it with one scan — or banks it for later if they prefer.
Yes. There’s nothing to install and no account: scan the QR code, the card is in the wallet. The card only replaces the piece of paper — everything else stays the way your guests know it.
Getting started is free — for good. Treuly Pro is €39 a month or €390 a year and brings unlimited active customer passes, 20 push campaigns a month, full analytics and Excel export. Treuly Max at €69 a month or €690 a year adds up to five branches plus unlimited campaigns and automations.
On treuly.de: pick a plan on the pricing page, pay securely via Stripe, done. You manage and cancel the subscription in the logged-in area under “Your subscription” — no forms, no phone calls.
Yes — on the yearly plan the first 7 days are free. And since the free plan never expires, you can also get to know Treuly without any subscription at all.
You make the change under “Your subscription”. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated, downgrades at the end of the current billing period — your cards and stamps stay exactly as they are.
Stripe emails you every invoice automatically. You can download all past invoices as PDFs under “Your subscription” — open “Manage subscription” for the invoice history. If your plan is still billed via the App Store, the receipt still comes from Apple.
Yes. Treuly is developed in Germany, the servers are in the EU (Frankfurt), and we only collect what the stamp card needs to work. No profiling, no selling data.
As little as possible. The stamp card needs no email address and no account — your customers stay anonymous. At its core, what’s stored is the pass’s stamp count.
Yes. Scans go into an offline queue and are submitted automatically once the connection is back. At the counter you won’t even notice.
Yes. Team members sign in to the app via QR code — no password sharing. Team logins are unlimited on every plan, including Free, with roles for admin, manager and scanner.
No — the iPhone is the scanner. Your team scans the customer’s wallet pass right in the app with the camera.
Yes. Free and Pro are built for a single location, and Max covers up to five branches. You can see in the app which location a stamp came from.
No. Stamps are only added by scan, through your team. On top of that you can set a minimum gap between two stamps and an automatic expiry date — both a single switch in the app.
