Choose your reward and stamp goal

Set the reward and stamp goal for your card in the Treuly app, spelled out clearly, in a time your regulars can actually reach.

The reward is the heart of your stamp card. You set it while designing the card in the app, together with the number of stamps it takes to earn it.

How to set your reward and stamp goal

Open the Treuly app and select your stamp card.
While designing the card, enter the reward text, short and concrete, for example “Buy 9, get the 10th free.”
Decide how many stamps it takes to earn that reward: your stamp goal.
Check both in the live preview before your card goes live for your guests.

A good reward has to pass two tests: concrete (one clear sentence, not a vague surprise) and reachable (the goal matches how often your regulars actually come in, not how often you wish they would). For the maths behind this for your own shop, see the loyalty program guide.
Colours, stamp icon, and reward text are yours to choose on every plan, including the free one.
Both values can be changed again anytime. Handy if it turns out after a few weeks that the goal was pitched too high or too low.
