Getting started
Print your QR code for the counter
Get the QR code your customers scan to add their stamp card to their wallet. A print-ready PDF straight from the Treuly app.
The QR code is the bridge between your counter and your customers’ wallets. One scan with their phone camera, a tap on “Add”, and the stamp card is sitting in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
How to print your QR code
- Open the Treuly app and select your stamp card.
- Open the QR code for the counter. Treuly generates one automatically for every card.
- Export it as a print-ready PDF and send it to your printer or a local copy shop.
- Put it up where people wait: at the till, not by the door. Waiting time is scanning time.
Good to know
- The QR code belongs to your card, not to a single printout. Print it as often as you like, at any size.
- A small stand-up sign in A6 or A5 works best right next to the card reader. That’s exactly where your customers are already looking when they pay.
- Your customers don’t need an app, an account, or even an email address, and they stay anonymous. They scan the code, tap “Add”, and they’re done.
- Give your team one line to say, always the same one, something like: “Collecting stamps with us? One scan and the card’s on your phone.”
