How to add a stamp: scan a customer's Wallet pass with the iPhone camera, right in the app. The stamp lands on the card instantly, even offline.
Adding a stamp at the counter takes seconds. Your customer shows their Wallet pass, your team scans it with the iPhone camera in the Treuly app, and the stamp lands on the card right away. No extra device or till system needed.
How to add a stamp
- Open the Treuly app on your iPhone.
- Ask your customer to show their Wallet pass. It lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, depending on their phone.
- Point the iPhone camera in the app at the pass.
- Treuly recognizes the card automatically and adds the stamp. The pass updates itself on your customer’s end right away, including a note on their lock screen.
Good to know
- Stamps only happen through a scan by your team. Customers can’t give themselves one.
- No signal at the counter? No problem: the scan queues up and gets added automatically as soon as you’re back online.
- Every stamp is logged, with the time, location, and who on your team scanned it.
