Switch your plan
Switch between Pro and Max, or between monthly and annual billing, under “Your subscription” on treuly.de. Cards and stamps stay untouched.
Outgrown Pro, or need less than Max offers right now? You can switch between the two plans anytime, with no cancelling in between. The switch happens under Your subscription on treuly.de.
How to switch your plan
- Sign in at treuly.de and open Your subscription.
- Tap Manage subscription — that opens Stripe’s customer portal.
- Choose Update plan, then the plan or billing interval you want to switch to.
- Confirm. The portal shows you what changes and what is due now before anything is final.
Good to know
- An upgrade (e.g. Pro → Max) applies immediately. The difference is prorated to the day, so you only pay for the rest of the current period.
- A downgrade (e.g. Max → Pro) applies at the end of the current billing period. You keep the larger feature set until then.
- Your cards and stamps stay exactly as they are, whichever direction you switch. Nothing gets lost.
- You don’t need new payment details: the switch uses the payment method already on file.
