Stamping at the counter
Undo a stamp
One extra stamp happens fast. Here's how to undo it in the app: the log with time, location, and who scanned it helps you track it down.
One extra stamp is an easy mistake at a busy counter. A card gets scanned twice by accident, someone taps the wrong customer. In the Treuly app, you can fix that in seconds.
How to undo a stamp
- Open the log for your stamp card in the Treuly app. Every action your team makes at the counter lands there automatically.
- Each line shows the time, location, and which team member added the stamp, so you can reliably spot the wrong entry even on a busy day.
- Select that stamp and undo it right in the app.
The stamp count on your customer’s card is correct again right away.
Good to know
- Stamping and undoing both happen in the same Treuly app on your iPhone. No separate device or till system needed.
- Undoing a stamp is a normal, built-in feature. Nothing to worry about if the counter scanned a bit too fast.
- If more than one person on your team works the counter, or you run more than one location, the name and location in the log help you pin down exactly what happened.
